BOOKING A WORKSTATION
OR A MEETING ROOM

To book workstation
or a meeting room, consult the
IOT – IVM Office Technology APP
that will bring up the full office floor plan,
displaying all available workstations and meeting rooms.

The App is designed to bring up the real time display
of occupation of the spaces,
so users can immediately and very easily check
which workstations and meeting rooms
are free and which ones are occupied.
An extremely simple and user-friendly interface.

OCCUPYING THE BOOKED WORKSTATION

To occupy the workstation booked
– after connecting to the special App –
just place your smartphone or badge
on the DASHBOARD, on your desktop.

The smart workstation is set up
by means of a hardware board
– inserted into the DASHBOARD installed on the desktop –
which enables interaction with the GATEWAY
– a device that connects the Cloud and the App.

1 gateway can “interact” with several workstations,
with a significant reduction in the costs of the IOT area.

SMART WORKSTATION
– TYPES OF DASHBOARD –

Every SMART WORKSTATION houses a DASHBOARD
with LED that will change colour,
depending on the status of the DESK
BOOKED (YELLOW)FREE (GREEN)OCCUPIED (RED)

This is where the APP comes into play again
– after the initial booking phase –
namely, when the USER approaches the booked desk
the APP will display the possibility
of “pairing” with it via Bluetooth.
The DASHBOARD LED will then turn
RED and the desk will show up as occupied.
